Vikas is an accomplished professional with more than two decades of comprehensive experience in new business building, business restructuring, and transformation including strategy, M&A, fundraising, financial planning and analysis, performance management, controllership & reporting in multiple geographies including India, North America, and Latin America.
He has worked in multiple sectors including Business Consulting, Healthcare Staffing, Corporate Finance, Clinical Research, Health Insurance and Healthcare. Prior to joining CARE Group of Hospitals Vikas was associated with leading brands like Max, HCL and Deloitte.
Vikas is a Chartered Accountant and graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
As Group CFO, Vikas is responsible for managing Finance, M&A, Fund Raising, Investor Relations, Legal and Secretarial function.
