Mayank Rautela is the Chief Human Resources Officer at CARE Hospitals and is an invitee in "Board Meetings" of QCIL and its 3 subsidiaries. He has diverse experience in leading the "People Function" of CARE across 14 Hospitals in various locations within India while engaging over 8000 associates at CARE Hospitals, including leading Clinicians.
He holds a PGDM in PM & HR and a Master's degree in Labor Laws & Labor Welfare. He is a former member of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and is currently a member of the India Diversity Forum.
Mayank has worked in multiple sectors including Finance, Healthcare, Medical Technology and Hospitality. As part of a Human Resources team, Mayank has been previously associated with brands like TATA Group, Becton Dickinson and Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces.
